Took my 3 year old daughter to do the "Farmer for the Morning" activity. She enjoyed feeding the goats, sheep, chickens, and rabbits. The instructors were very friendly and kind and did a great job relating with the children and keeping them engaged. Afterwards, we took a walk on their hiking trails. We did the shortest loop and it was very manageable considering that I had my 4 month old strapped to me in a body carrier. Lots of bridges and steps made it fun to explore and a few outdoor critters to see. There was a big tractor there for the kids to play on but I think they could add some more outdoor play things for the children. Wallingford Fruit House in Auburn ME does a better job with their outdoor play area. We were also previously there for storytime. The farm stories were funny and engaging but it was held outdoors and the weather cold and windy that day so the little ones spent half the time in the warm barn observing the animals. Since we visited in March 2025 there were only a few items for sale in the little shop i.e. tomato sauce, onions, garlic but they said the bigger store will open in the summer with more variety of produce. We loved the new bathroom facilities - very clean, spacious, and creatively designed. Parking is available but seemed limited. Overall it was a nice adventure but didn't seem worth the 45 minute drive...

This farm has a lot going for it. The campground is in a stunning location with ocean views and great access to the beach. Unfortunately my weekend camping was ruined by the fact that our campsite was in a flooded field. There was at minimum one inch of standing water throughout the field and in other places puddles so large it went in my kids boots. Even the fire pit was unusable. I did complain and was offered another site BUT it was far from my friends sites AND it was only for one night, the following day I would have had to pack up by 11 and wait until 1 pm to move into my new site. Camping with two kids this was not feasible. I get that it’s been a wet spring and the staff did pull my camper out for me when I could not get it out with my car, but I was offered no compensation for my site which was basically not usable. I would have been happy with a 50% discount for my next weekend stay, or even a complimentary cup of coffee in the morning. Heck if they had of even just called and warned me I could have brought rain boots and would have been able to access site camper without soaking my shoes. I spent the weekend with wet feet and cranky kids. It...

LOVE this place!! A working farm, campground, and day camp for kids. I take my granddaughter every year and while she's at camp, I have the day to myself. Beautiful setting on the Casco Bay and lots to do. Staff are friendly and helpful, and are always available if there's a problem. There is lots to do and see and the state park is right next door. The whole place is well maintained and is safe. Sadly, this is the first year that anything marred our visit - a local has acquired an airboat and takes it out very early (6 a.m.) and comes back late (10 some nights) and it is LOUD. I have hearing impairment and without my aids it is awful. I can't imagine what it sounds like to anyone else. I can't believe it's allowed to be that loud in an area like this. It was very disruptive and annoying and spoiled my otherwise very peaceful days. I'm not sure we'll be back next year just because of this. I am really disappointed as we love camping here and my granddaughter LOVES Farm Camp and looks forward to...

Such an incredible experience and entirely free to visit. It is a very large property, probably a couple hundred acres, and with it comes a learning experience for children that is quite rare. It is a working farm and well organized. There's a small barn with newly born animals children can pet. It is self guided we did not see any staff so you definitely have to be careful of little fingers getting nipped. There are long walking paths one of them going down to the shore, and before you arrive there is a small playground area. The shoreline was nice I think in the summer camping occurs there so it might be a little more difficult to walk through but we came on a great day in March and let them play to their heart's content. This is a good property also just to go on a long walk if you have strollers or just want to do that by yourself.

Fabulous working farm for kids and parents. We came all the way from England. As well as doing a road trip in our rented RV we stopped here the longest a week, and had a wonderful time. Some classes, blueberry picking, milking tour. Grass fed from the farm burgers from a lovely cafe on site. We have lots more events booked including canoeing ice cream making. The ocean views are stunning and toilet shower blocks are super handy. The staff are very friendly, and passionate in their jobs. Gorgeous part of the world . Nothing comes close for weather and location combined. We were camped literally 2 minutes from the ocean side. You will not be disappointed.
