The window clerks kinda mean so bring good vibes and patience lol. they call all the trucks to a door at the same time. They seem to start 6am. Can check in early and stage though. I came 24hrs early. Try not to park in front of docks unless ur ok with drivers waking u up or hitting ur sht. They dont have enuff staging so please leave wen ur done. On the back of map paper that the guard givs u feel out name and number they will call u for door. Wen u get call , go dock, then go back inside to window clerk they will give u paperwork to give to lumper. Lumper will text you for payment probably after they unlock ur red line and u go to stage again. They gonna need that door. They gonna call u when paperwork ready. Wen u leave, leave a door open guard needs to look inside. Watch your truck these days. A driver was being impatient and he hit another truck trying to back into dock. He was playing around talking on his phone cocky trynna look cute taking his sweet time while cutting off the driver he ended up hitting! Smfh. Karma if u ask me. Another driver got real close to me while i was staged. I put my truck in drive and got out the way lol. Take off ur red line they gonna lock it. In and out 3.5 hrs. Another driver said he was here for 11 hours so idk. Maybe he didnt follow directions or...
Read moreThis place used to be bad three to five years ago and now it’s even worse. The only good thing they use to have going on for drivers was staging (overnight parking) and now they decided to take that away. If you have a dry van they won’t let you park overnight. To my fellow drivers if planning on delivering to this place and have a load picking up within six to eight hours after delivery, you will most likely miss that pick up. I believe they changed their Lumper company from Capstone to FHI. If you think Capstone was slow well FHI is even worse.
Minimum delivery time is six hours and they don’t start till 10:am for dry vans. You do the math. Now they don’t allow drivers to use their restrooms, you have to walk half mile away to use a potty.
To be honest when I look at the employees who work there now I see people who don’t know their jobs, they look new and sometimes confused. Even to get your trailer released after unloading could take minutes.
I have been to this facility about five times in the last seven years, however, my last visit on Friday August 2nd 2024 was the worst. I promise I will never again deliver to this place unless the money is double.

Read moreDelivered water melons, they did not receive it the same day, the reason was, they got overloaded. Made me stay till next day. Had to pay lumper fee. And on top of it, they refused two pallets of watermelons. Because, the boxes got wet and damaged. Their staff not professional to handle the problems. They do not want to admit their mistake, since they have no room, and overflow of trucks had to wait days. Little advice.
