Read moreThis is the northernmost overlook on Skyline Drive. We hiked over here thru Dickey Ridge Trail from the trailhead before the park entrance, and then back down thru Skyline Drive, where there's no traffic because of the park closing caused by downed trees. At a sunny day, you can see unlimited views of the valley from here.
And there is a trash and recycling station here that you can get rid of your garbage and recyclables.
Oops! The last colorful views of fall foliage were taken at Signal Knob Overlook instead of here but somehow I can't delete them...
