I purchased a pre owned video game from this guy. The video game had a few scratches but the guy guaranteed that it would work. I got the game home and it did not work. I brought the game back the next morning and told the guy who guaranteed me it would work that it did not work and i wanted to exchange it for the same game because he had more copies and the one he sold me didn't work. He looks at the game and says I didn't sell it to you that scratched. I asked him you kidding right because he saw the scratches before I bought it and guaranteed it would work.
