This is a crazy review unless you are a "SNAKE FAN" no joke my wonderful son gave me a trip out on his boat for Mother's Day, which was perfect because I love fishing and just being out on the peaceful water of OLD HICKORY LAKE. We got there very early in the morning on a cool brisk day for Crappie fishing. The water was great, I should tell you I caught the largest and the most fish 🐟 of the three of us for the day...👍honest. Anyway, my son got a pole holder from a compartment on his boat after having had one pole pulled into the water very quickly... I did notice him closing the door very quickly when I thought back on the events of the day, and he looked like he wasn't enjoying fishing or the day as much as before, I know my son...He suggested that we move a little further up the Lake, so of course we agreed, but I kept waiting for him to open the boat up full throttle but he didn't, that was surprising. About fifteen minutes later he said "well let's get going" so we pulled up to the dock and he hurried us off the boat saying " hurry I have something to tell you when after your off"...and boy did he. When we where up standing on the dock he walked over opened the little compartment door and said, we have company on the boat with us, I think he rode all the way with us and was keeping warm on the radio 📻 I didn't have to ask him why he didn't tell us when he first saw it...he knew I couldn't drink all that water 🌊 🌊 🌊, I still love ❤️ the Lake, it's very beautiful. Question: Can anyone identify what kind of snake this is, because the boat was uncovered the night before the fishing trip so we don't know how it got...

Read moreThis is my regular haunt. The bass fishing is recovering. I'm on the water several times a week in the warm months. I travel from the dam to the 109 crossing.
If you're going and you plan to take fish home and don't catch and release, I plead with you to follow the current length and limit laws. There are slot limits on some species.
I've seen people take 8" bass and put them in their cooler. That's just plain pathetic! Please, please, please! Play...
