This place is ok, but avoid the weekends. Otherwise you won't get a chance to do everything you paid for.
This place has a lot of potential. They need to clean up their website, put together easier pricing packages, and figure out lines for harnesses and tubes.
The website is not intuitive. They don't verify that you filled out your waiver when you get there.
Pricing is confusing. There are only two people there to help with tickets and each family takes 10 minutes or so to figure out the pricing and to figure out what they want to do. It takes a while just to get to a point that you can do anything.
Once you get tickets, the line just to get harnesses was up the stairs and to the parking lot. They don't have enough harnesses, and so you do a lot of waiting in the sun for one. Once you have a harness, don't give it up until you are done for the day.
There are 4 levels to the ropes course. You can choose to do them all or only 2, depending on how much you pay.
There was miscommunication about the bounce house. Some workers and the owner said 10 and under. Some workers said 8 and under. So some kids got to do it early on, but not later.
The mini golf course is 18 perfectly straight paths with nothing exciting or challenging. Pass for sure on this.
The website isn't clear on the fact that you get 5 tube rides with an aerial package. There isn't enough time in the day to wait in the 20 minute line to do 10 tubing rides. The 5 pack is half the price of the 10 pack, so don't waste your money on the 10 pack. You also can't "share" them, so each person has to get at least a 5 ride pack. They don't check that you have a tube pass until after your ride, so lots of kids were getting...
Read morePoor management. Didn’t get to do what we paid for and we’re lied to about why they had to close early. We were told the weather was too bad to do any of the ropes courses because of lightning and that they would review the weather again in an hour to decide if they were going to open the ropes course. After an hour wait they didn’t reopen the ropes course even though there hadn’t been any lightning during that time and no rain had even fallen. We paid for a large group to ride the tubes instead since those were still open but after getting in line we were told the tubes would only be open for the next 45 minutes due to “rain”. There was no rain ever during our entire time at the park and we were told to leave the park before we had used the rides we had paid for because of “rain” that was nonexistent. The employees just told us that’s what they were told to say even though it was obviously not true. No rain while we were there or in the forecast yet we had to leave without getting to do what we paid for. I couldn’t recommend the...
Read moreGreat and friendly staff. Ready to get you up on the ropes course or down the slide! Everyone was very engaged. The ropes course has 4 levels and you can pay to do any 2 of them. The price seems kinda high at first but you really get your money's worth as they can go back and forth on any level multiple times and there are multiple ways across each level so there is a fair amount of exploring. My kids took about 45 minutes on just one level.
One thing to note is that, if there is lightning, the place pretty much shuts down for safety.
Last thing, the tube slide is super fun! They have a conveyer belt/moving walkway to take you back up the hill so you don't have to worry about hiking back up. I would recommend you get a bunch of passes for this as it was super fun even for all of the adults!
Easy to spend as much or as little as you want here! Also, the soda was a pretty decent deal at about $2 for a 32oz and free refills. There were also plenty of picnic tables and shaded...
