Got to the site late afternoon. Trying out our new pedometers. Neither one of us got them working. Need a tech savey young person. But totally enjoyed the walk. The woodsy area is a little rough if your not good on your feet. Trails are well marked. Came across an awesome beaver dam and had to cross a brook. Never saw one so wide. And they are felling really big trees. You just have to go see it. If not a member of Audubon or not a resident of Gardner be prepared to leave a fee. Well...
