Wheeler Park — Attraction in Geneva Township

We went for the disc golf. Nice course, take a picture of the map if you're not familiar with the course, we had to refer to it a couple times. Although most holes were easy to figure out the starting tees. I didn't really notice many pro tee boxes compared to Jericho Lake, but the tee boxes here are made of brick and not concrete. It was really nice to have benches or picnic tables at the tee boxes, felt good to sit for a minute or two while the other players shot. There wasn't a lot of weeds for the disc to get lost in either, few spots but not too bad. Most holes were out in the open grass but a few went through the wooded areas. They do have a practice hole behind the mini golf course, but we didn't see it until after the 18th hole. Definitely will...

Awesome community park all around. Large playground with a space theme, something for all ages to play on. Nice restrooms right by playground. Miniature golf course, as well as areas for tennis, soccer, and baseball. It also has one of the best disc golf courses around. It has a full 18 hole course with plenty of variety. Not a ton of growth to lose your disc in. There is a practice basket set up so you can get a few shots in before going on the course. Discs can be rented from the shop by the parking lot, the shop also sell snacks. Definitely a must...

We spend a lot of time walking our dog in this park. It has plenty to offer with nice paths, lawns, tennis, baseball diamond, picnic pavilions, restrooms, mini golf and of course the frisbee golf. Thats just the big stuff. If you are there walking, I would warn of wild frisbees flying off course as they can hit pedestrians. Overall it's one of the best parks in the town that seems to pack in so much. It's well maintained and very clean. Worth a walk or a stop if driving by to enjoy some...
