Ayers Valley Farm Meats — Attraction in Georgetown

My hubby and I have talked about buying farm fresh meat for years! However, where we live in WNY the price for local meat is astronomical. Also, farmers around here almost always use grain fed diets when it comes to raising their meat.

So, one day we saw Ayer’s Valley Farm on Facebook and I felt a real good nudge in my spirit to check them out. What was most appealing to us about Ayer’s is that they’re 100% grass fed AND finished, non GMO, soy and corn free! In addition to being raised in clean open pastures and no antibiotics or hormones.

They are more expensive than your average supermarket, however, you’re paying for farm fresh meat that hasn’t been chlorine bleached and shipped around the country. They process everything themselves and ship it straight to your home. But, on another note, although expensive, they are one of the more affordable farms I’ve come across in a while. I am so happy that with this really being our first time ordering from a farm, that we’ve so far had a good first experience!

Ayer’s staff was very communicative from the moment we placed our order with constant updates about our order and delivery. All the meat arrived well insulated and packed perfectly, meat all still frozen!

Now, the only downside for us is that we were unable to request a modification for a value bundle box, hence 4 stars instead of 5. My hubby and I do not eat pork for religious reasons and requested for them to make a substitution, however, they were unable to do so. Hopefully one day that will change because I would like to see a value bundle option with beef and chicken without the pork.

All in all, so...

I've been on a quest to find real, meat without chemicals and hazards. I was fortunate to find Ayers Valley Farm, and after reading their philosophy and mission I had to give them a try. I ordered the Best of the Farm box since it was a sampling of everything. I have to confess that pork chops have always been my LEAST favorite, they are usually dry, tasteless and hard from the supermarket. I decided to make Ayers pork chops first as my ultimate taste test. I have never had such delicious, tender and flavorful pork chops in my life! I AM SOLD! With the outrageous cost for groceries it is a true blessing to bring quality meat to my family table. I am grateful to know we are eating real, untampered food, as well as outstanding quality and value.

The folks at Ayers farm need to teach all shippers how to pack and ship! It's like hell 🥵 where I live, so very hot , but all my meat came frozen solid! The first time I ordered meat was during the Florida winter and wondered if my purchase would arrive just as perfectly in 90+ heat of summer..... it did! They are the best! ❤️ 5/21/2025 update I received my order from Ayers today; it feels like 102 here in Florida but my meat came to my doorstep frozen SOLID! This is my follow-up review since we began enjoying Ayers Valley Farm Meats. EVERYONE in our household has acknowledged remarkable health improvements. The only dietary change we made was introducing Ayers Valley Farm Meats into our diet. We give high praises to Josh and Taylor's regenerative pasture-based farm and to their caring efforts towards raising their livestock.
