Love the park in my neighborhood 2 minutes from my home it’s always kept clean. I’ve been going here since it open about 5-6 years ago. The outdoor exercise equipment is nice and well kept. The walking trails are nice and I’ve referred people to rent the pavilions here several times. A great place for kids and teens/young adults to hang out. The ONLY reason for the three stars is the splash pad I’ve been given EVERY excuse under the sun first it hasn’t open since 2019. When Covid hit in 2020 yes I understand the closure the pandemic was new to everyone not knowing how to navigate life. The playground and exercise was all closed only thing open were the walking trails. Fast forward to 2021 splash pad STILL closed I called in 1st excuse it’s do to Covid 2nd excuse was the pump was broken, Ok the pump broke in the past and was FIXED within two weeks I remember.(pre-Covid), 3rd excuse in 2021 was it doesn’t open until Memorial Day not true again I have pictures taken there dates for April. Here we are again 2022 I called AGAIN ask the same question it’s stated again the pump is down and no time frame on repair?? Again why no time frame?? Turn the water on and let people enjoy the amenities their tax dollars suppose to pay for I’ll give an updated review when the splash pad comes back on & I will update from 3 stars to 5 stars and I will continue to call until it’s back on best feature of the park and the residents in this area

UPDATE: 6/9/2022: The water feature is back up and operating today I’m so happy thank you Henry County I will update to 5...

The event itself was nice. Just before 8p some lady shows up and was standing with the door propped open like a drill Sargent talking out loud so everyone could hear her about whoever was renting the space was going to lose their deposite. I actually said to her that's not for Egbert one to know and you don't conduct business like that. She looked like she was bothered and ready to go. Her attitude and energy ruined the mother to be special occasion. Her tone of voice got a few family members upset to the point of wanting to put hands on her but myself and the father to be called them down. I believe her name was Beverly, a caucasian woman. If she is the representation of your establishment, you'll be sure to lose future...

I love this park. I remember passing it when it was being built. I took the kids here and they love the water portion of the park and of course the play ground. We also had fun flying their kite here as well. And lastly, we used this park to do or daughter a graduation ceremony here as it well. The reservation went smoothly and everything went fine. Update 7/25/23 I brought the kids here again to have some much needed fun in an all for one spot. They enjoyed themselves. I think(cause it's been a min since I was here) they changed the color of the water area for the kids, and put up a metal gate to separate it...

Beautiful. This park was saved on my places to visit. Today gave us a great opportunity. After shopping at the Walmart nearby, we came over to park to get fresh air before going home. Sat under one of the multiple covered picnic areas and enjoyed our deli lunch. So did the flies, as they appeared to be starving for food and human contact- which seemed to be one and the same. Very clean and open. We felt very safe. Able to spread out and social distance without a problem. I could keep an eye on my famu as they got up to walk a little. See photos.
