New in the area, didn't know know what to expect, and very pleasantly surprised! It is not a huge park, but it is the ideal size for several families to spread on the small hills and have picnic. Several trails, other small and grassy/rocky and others paved with concrete and bridges. Free parking, free entrance, a small river and some overview sites with benches complete the perfect atmosphere. They even have restrooms. Maybe not the best ones but they are there for you when you need them. Good job !! Please!!! To whoever visit this park and any part of nature...do not leave trash! We don't need to know that animals visited. That being said, the park was pretty clean when I visited. Thank you!

This will always be a beautiful space and an easy hike but guys and gals please remember that this is a leashed park. I don't know if your dogs got their shots and if they are actually 'friendly'. Hubbie doesn't need a vet bill and I don't need a hospital bill. (I'm one of the few that can get dog diseases unfortunately)... The star is so low because obviously no one is regulating it and if I wasn't mindful then someone could have gotten hurt. Stay safe!!!

It’s a very nice green space. In some parts, like the interior open space surrounded by woods, you’ll feel transported to somewhere far away. However, it also felt unkempt and scary remote, so it’s not recommended for the solo walker. Only the start/end of the trail is paved. You may encounter swarms of gnats or flies this time of year, late August. The restroom facilities are ghastly. Potty before you go.

Let's see, great hiking and views. Feels like something from little house on the prairie.

Needs some facilities as the bathrooms are ALWAYS locked and closed.

Trails aren't well marked but decently maintained. Would be a great place for pictures or a picnic.

Some secluded areas so be cautious if you come alone. Nothing has happened here that I know of but I could see some places that would be potential areas for bad things to happen.

Would be fun to play paintball...

Very pleasant walking area. If you begin the trail to the right of the parking area you have a paved trail down to the creek at the bottom of the hill. Dirt trail for remainder of way. Trail was not marked clearly around the grassy pond area once leaving the pond. But looked on map app to see where we were. Restroom facilities were available to the right of the parking area just down the hill a bit. Return climb was moderately strenuous. Very pleasant walk. One of...
