This was a great experience. I hadn’t been to a corn maze (or gotten a wagon ride) in years. We picked this place because it was close the Greensboro and we didn’t want to spend $20+ per ticket just to do a corn maze. It was only $8 per person to do the corn maze, and another $2 for the wagon ride. I liked all of the decorations around the farm and the tractors. The ample parking was free as well. They also have a play area with corn silos that the kids can jump in, slides, tunnels, etc. I read in one of the reviews that the play area was like a city park. I think it’s different (and much better) for a few reasons: 1. It has an open-air country feel, rather than the more claustrophobic feel of the average city park. I noticed some people brought their classless manners of littering to the parking area, which is unfortunate (and which I doubt a farmer would do). But overall the area is much cleaner than a city park. 2. It’s a historic experience where you can reconnect with what NC was like long before people moved to the cities. I liked walking through the sandy cornfield, because that’s the same ground that Native Americans planted corn in before the Europeans arrived. 3. Going there supports local small business. While I don’t want to spend upwards of $40 per person (like some corn mazes), I’m happy to give a few dollars for a novel experience provided by a family (rather than tax dollars). Besides, businesses like this are much more responsive to customer needs and desires than Park and Rec departments, so I also see this as an investment in the expansion of future entertainment options that provide an alternative to movies and restaurants in the city. It was great exercise and a fantastic and novel experience overall! Thanks and I hope more people get the chance to experience it (while properly disposing of their trash).

One of the best family fun farms in the piedmont! Keep in mind it's cash only. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Tons of fun for the whole family, definitely geared more toward younger children but everyone can find something fun to do. There are games, cute seasonal displays for photos, antique tractors you can look at, tricycles for the kids, some play equipment, lots of things to climb or crawl through, or just relax on. Of course pumpkins! Everything is spread out and it's just a wonderful way to spend an afternoon with your family. The rides require tickets (cow cars, hay train, and the big corn maze) but everything else is just for fun! They do sell snacks and drinks at the ticket building near the entrance - be sure to get a bag of popcorn!! There is a haunted forest part that they do after dark but we weren't able to stay late enough to check it out. That's next on the list!

My first time and it was so much fun! The maze was great; we went at night, and the haunted forest hay ride was good; more for the kids and not for people who really want to be frightened.

In 2017, large group friends and I went to J Razz Tazz farm. We loved the corn maze and even playing on the swing sets, hay bails, etc. It was such a wonderful time that we decided to go back this year 2018. We again enjoyed the maze and again head toward the “play” area. Unaware of the fact that we need another $9 ticket to this area we went over there. We are all 16-18 years olds but we’re no way be disrespectful towards the kids or families in the area. There were only 2 or 3 other families there. We were keeping our distance and watching our language. But an older lady ran out towards yelling at us to stop being disrespectful and acting like we were 2. We promptly left the “play” area when we were informed that we need another ticket (which I personally think is ridiculous) But the lady did not leave us alone. It was extremely uncomfortable as she told one of my friends, “let’s go play, together.” As she pointed a room of corn. And began composing when he politely turned her down. It was very uncomfortable. The next 45mins, she continued to watch us with a stern eye. This lady ruined our stay and we will not be coming back because of it. I like supporting local business but it’s not worth it to feel this uncomfortable. The corn maze can be great but if this employee is there, it will not...

$9 to play in field? I think not.... I had my neice for the afternoon and we wanted to take her to a pumpkin patch to pick out a pumpkin and maybe do a hay ride. We arrived to find out that it was $9 per person even the kids. And really all there was to do was to ride a little train, another ride (once each). The rest was playing in a field on some hay bales and old farm equipment. We had limited time (about 45 minutes) so I asked if we could just pay to do the ride. Nope- $9 per person. Even my disabled mom who was just going to sit on a picnic table. I get that they have expenses that need to be covered. And while others may be able to afford it - I think the cost for what you actually get is not worth it. I went several years ago to do the corn maze and it was no where near as expensive. We left and went to Burlington City Park where she rode several rides at least 2 - 3 times each and got cotton candy and a drink...
