I've been a Sarah's wine club member for some years now and I can honestly say I am NEVER disappointed. I'm a red drinker and the wines are extraordinary! But it isn't just about the wine (although that is of course a BIG part of why I keep coming back). It's also about the people. While everyone I've encountered at Sarah's has been extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, I have to put a plug in for my two favorites - Steve and Megan. They are fun, willing to listen to my stories, put up with my shenanigans, and make me feel like part of the Sarah's family. And what can I say about the lovely tasting room and the view. Spectacular! I'll be moving to Colorado soon but the one thing that won't change is my membership at Sarah's. Because GOOD NEWS....THEY SHIP!! Yay! ;-) I can't wait to start sharing my favorite wines with some new faces. I'll miss my regular visits to the tating room and conversations with Steve and Megan, but at least I'll still get to enjoy the wine. In vino...
Read moreHave come here several times, but I will not be returning. Such a disapointing experience. My Mother and I ordered some food while we sampled our wine. The food is all Covid friendly, meaning its wrapped and immediately ready to be served. We waited for 30 minutes to get our food. When we did, one thing was inaccurate, we pointed it out and got it corrected. The real reason it was so bad was how long everything took, there was a handful of people working and probably 12 patrons. I work at a winery on the weekends and we often have 200 people to serve, this service was bad. The couple next to us got the wrong bill, it was for a different table. When we went to check out they had charged me for a 75 dollar bottle we had not ordered, did not remove my tasting fee and did provide my inner industry discount. I hesitated to write this because I very much enjoy their wine, but the customer service was very bad...
Read moreI would like to give a better review but there is one worker that made me and my family feel otherwise. Tara was awfully rude to us from get go until half way through when she just stop coming around to us at all. Yes we got there close to 5pm (hours 12-5), but if you don't want to serve because of time then don't take our money!! She came through our 3rd tasting (out of 5) and said it's "5pm you get only a 1/2oz because it's 5pm and we are closing".... Really?! Are you only taking half of our money then?! We had every intention on buying a few bottles btw, if we can figure out which one we liked the most.... Anyhow I have the 3 stars because of Rachel and Steve! They were super nice and accommodating even at 5:05pm. They served us when Tara refused and then we bought our bottles ONLY because of Steve and Rachel! We were out by 5:15pm btw.... I'm sure that 15mins was worth the $100 they made.... No...
