A challenge to find. From DC side... Go through the concrete/ gravel yard, to the end of the property, then follow the black fence from the impound lot another 30 yards. Just when you're about to give up, you'll see the chain link fence is peeled back when it meets the black iron fence and you can get through. The stone is abutting the black fence, just past the utility pole (same pole is shown in two photos to help you). It appears you can also get there from the MD side, off the PHT trail. You can stay high (out of the swamp) on the non-trail parallel the chain link fence and just before getting there you'll find a grass path that looks like it was a road at some point.
