This is the best park I've ever been to for adventure! If your from the pines on the east coast, this is your park without a doubt. If you and your dog like to play in the woods, this, is your park! This park is several acres large and is full of trees, brush, and rocks to hike through. The people in the area are curtious, active, and like to have fun. This area is fully fenced, provides bowls, tennis balls, benches throughout the area, community board, lots of trash cans along the edge, agility equipment placed about the area, and of course lots and lots of shade. This wooded park is set in a busy, but rural area with a children's park, ball fields, and other recreational areas nearby. Even so, there is plenty of wildlife such as birds and squirrels throughout the area. Bring your boots, some water, and a towel or tarp for your dogs as they will surely dig or run and gather a grey dust from the hilly and rocky terrain! Fox Run Dog Park is a nice, quiet, clean, and peaceful place to hike with your...

I love to interact with my dogs and get my exercise too. The pups and I are on a mission to visit all the dog parks in North America, and so far this is the best dog park we have been to. It's a miniature hiking space. There are lots of trees, and lots of hills. The dogs focus is on romping with each other as they walk and run through the park, and not running back and forth like a wild pack of dogs and dominating each other. The human companions seem to pay attention to their pups body language and react to pup interactions according. The central hub for the less active humans and pups is very well maintained with seating and a water station. I come through Central Colorado on a regular basis to visit friends and family. This will be a Must Stop Spot every...

My dog likes this park a lot and it's our go-to place at all times. It allows exercise for both dogs and their owners and the surrounding area is great for physical activities for all ages. There's no source of water for the dogs there, so grab some when you're heading there. Other people usually bring it but sometimes there's nothing for dogs to drink. It's also good to have a couple of poop bags because they run on grocery bags and they are not always available. There are several garbage bins around the park so that you can dispose the waste quickly. Unfortunately, there's a lot of poop on the ground, so be careful. It would be nice if everybody collected and disposed of their dog's poop. Overall...

This is a wonderful dog park. Every time we go, my dog has a blast. There's a small dog section for those that do better without big dogs but small dogs are more than welcome in the large dog area. There are no water fountains in the dog park so be sure to bring your own incase the bowls are empty (and for yourself). I personally prefer this wooded dog park to any other I've been to. There's plenty of space for you to hike around the park or take a seat at one of the many tables while your dog runs around. I highly recommend!
