Easy access to the beach with plenty of parking. Perfect for short day trips and scenic walks. It's calm waters which are perfect for kayaks, paddle boards, and just going out into the water to swim. Bring your phone or camera so you'll be prepared to take photos. I recommend coming during low tide if you want to look for fossils or walk as far down along the shoreline as possible and in the meantime get a good workout. It's a little over a mile to the edge to get to the bigger cliff area. For extra nice photos, plan to visit around sunrise and sunset so you get really good lighting.

It really is hard to fathom and put into words how much history is in this area regarding the birth of our nation. It is truly something special. I'm thankful for the NPS and their efforts to preserve this history. Most of the remnants of the founding of the nation have been lost, and even when exploring the areas related to this park you are surrounded by development and the disappearance of the historical significance. The NPS has done a fantastic job with what they have been able to preserve, and I am grateful for them doing so.

This is not only a beautiful park but also historic. So much of our early history was established in this area. It surprised me how near to each other these historic events that i read about are to one another. Highly recommend this to everyone and I'll likely return for several more visits.

Fantastic place for fans of history. Walking through the town was definitely worth it, even though I have to use a cane. Gives a perspective, too, of what battle was like during that era. Only dark spot on the trip was a lady reenactor at a reconstructed house who felt it necessary to talk down to us when answering a simple question. Other than that, definitely...
