Riding West, parallel to the Columbia River on Rt. 14 (Lewis & Clark Highway), we turned off on Sundale Road and found this very nice CoE park, camp site, boat ramp and what we were really looking for: a Vault/pit toilet. This is the second in a series of "POOP 💩 STOP CHRONICLES." My review of rest stops found in the Pacific Northwest. On my "Stool Scorecard" THIS facility rates 4 🚽🚽🚽🚽= Surprisingly Pleasant, clean, stocked, pristine and comfortable. Specifics: -Smell Factor: Well ventilated with no noticeable toxic odors. -Cleanliness: Floors swept and clean, no major "spillage or "splatter." -Toilet Paper: Generous and full rolls. -Ambience: Natural lighting, clean walk-up, scenic river views.Door locks working. No graffiti. No running water. -Parking: Large parking area. Final Verdict: Highly acceptable. Good stop on long road. Sundale Park was a nice park with small boat ramp, picnic area and camp sites. Very nice river views.

Nice little CoE park. Some tenting spots, picnic tables, and a pit toilet. Boat ramp and spots for truck and trailer, or a camper.

Looks like there are long term tents here... 14 days may...
