Love this place..punkin vine trail runs from elkhart all the way to Middlebury and has great nature and side trails along the way. Peaceful place. And Abshire hill is great for sledding in the winter. Been going there since I was a kid and now my kids do to.

I use Abshire for vechicle parking (would be nice if restrooms were available). I like and use the Pumpkinvine Trail and Abshire Park is one of my parking/starting points. I bicycle and walk the trails. My 5 star rating is for trails/parking only (not Abshire...

This park is really good if you're looking for a long walk, jog, or bike ride. Most of the trail is well shaded and it runs through the country so it's peaceful. I'm not sure how far it goes but the farthest I've ever gotten is just...
