Season Pass holder here, have been for several years. Reasonable wait times, if any, in line for riding slides & getting food/drink. If you plan on going on a holiday weekend I recommend arriving 10-15 mins before the park opens. This helps with getting a closer parking spot, more lounge chairs available, locker & tube rental availability is more likely, etc. You can NOT take food inside. You CAN take factory sealed water bottles in to the park. Bring your own sunblock & towels; if you forget them there is a gift shop but the prices are higher than buying these items at a retail store. You're welcome to bring goggles, small pool toys, even baby floaties/rafts. No other outside rafts allowed, they provide them for you to ride slides-free of charge. However, if you want a tube for the wave pool, you have to rent it. Plenty of kid activities, too. Recently there have been hulahoop contests, magicians, rubber ducks they hide throughout the park & when you find them you win prizes, etc. There is a bag check when entering the park, it's a quick process. If you have any food, soda, open containers or anything other than sealed water they will make you throw it away or take it back to your car. There are separate lines for buying tickets & entering; this is beneficial if you bought tickets online already, then you don't have to wait in line at the ticket booth, you can just go to the entry line. Tickets can be digital so you don't have to keep track of paper tickets, same with season passes. Cabana rentals available & you get them discounted if you're a season pass holder. Plenty of food, ice cream, snow cones & drink options available all day long, even alcoholic beverages. They do offer a refillable cup for a flat rate; buy the cup & then refills are free for the season, following year you can use the same cup & refills are about $1. This doesn't include alcohol. If you're on a budget or have a specific diet, you can pack a cooler with your food & leave it in your car. When you're ready to eat you exit the water park & get your hand stamped. There are a few picnic tables & plenty of shaded, grassy areas to sit at & enjoy your meal. When finished, you can re-enter the park & resume your day. Best advice I can give, is If you plan on visiting three times or more, I would get the season passes as it pays for itself...

My experience so far this season is lucky to even get a 2-star rating. As many other reviewers have complained, there is no free shaded areas anymore (even for the babies and toddlers at Itty Bitty Surf City) in a horrible money-grab effort to squeeze an extra $100 out of visitors, and much of the regular seating areas around the wave pool and such have been removed to make way for a plethora of pricey cabanas. They promise table service and "bottomless" water delivery, but it took 2 š/2 hours for our server to even bring one 2/3 filled pitcher of water for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. We only saw her maybe two more times for the entire day we were there.

Also, NO LIQUOR LICENSE! I'm not much of a drinker normally, but I've always enjoyed having a strawberry daiquiri with my husband when we visit the park. This was not something they informed us of anywhere, and were simply left to figure out after we arrived and asked a staff member. They also had both of the smaller restaurants closed when we visited, so my husband stood in line for 1.5 hours for two orders of sad, soggy, overseasoned nachos that they were out of all toppings for except for a sad little squirt of nacho cheese on the 8-10 chips per basket. They were sold out of most things, and had run out of ranch for my daughter's chicken strips. She also had to be denied Dippin Dots, because they don't inform you that the Sugar Shack no longer has a POS system, so that would have meant standing for another extended round in the food line whilst being scorched by the sun.

I also was unaware that there were no physical passes this year; you can either tote around your paper printout that will be ruined by soggy towels, or use your phone. Inconvenient, and just kind of annoying on top of everything else.

I have gotten season passes for my family every year for the past 5 years, and for the first time, I really regret it. I wish I would have saved my money, but I had no way of knowing that new ownership/management would be so incredibly awful at providing basic customer service. Definitely going to skip out next year, save my money, and lay in my...

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE, DO NOT LET THEM LIE TO YOU!!! ANYONE WITH PHYSICAL HANDICAPS, CHRONIC PAIN OR ILLNESS THIS PLACE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE. They claim it's accessible as if ramps are all you need, which it doesn't. The hills are so steep that you HAVE to be in good physical health to be able to get to the water rides, with it being almost as hard to get down as due to the steepness you have to be careful not to fall forward, again not handicap accessible.

There are zero railings to get up the hills to the rides, there are no platforms in between and no non stick pads on the ramped areas at all. It was quite disappointing to have spent so much money on a place that promised accessibility to me and my family, there are three of us with physical disabled or chronic pain/illness that found everything to be so difficult to enjoy what was promised to be available to people like us. Even the wave pool can be physically taxing if you actually want to get wet.

The best part of this place is that the staff was amazing the whole time. We rented a cabana and everyone was so nice to answer our questions and our server checjed often, she definitely deserved the tip and more. The food is good but make sure to go for the burgers, over the chicken tenders due to thinness and seasoning making the whole thing subpar but also too much. The fries also have a very salty seasoning to them so make sure to have plenty of water. This place is a great place to take the family and wear out kids cause trust me when the hills are a challenge no matter the age or size.

Not a complaint when I say that we got here within 30 minutes of it opening to find the parking lot already really busy cause it does show how nice it is for people who don't have to worry about those limitations when planning an outing, but not for those who physically can't.

I wouldnt have been so harsh in this review if they hadn't lied about it being accessible, to which it is not. Your staff is amazing, your website and information is incorrect, either make it accessible or be honest in...
