I had an absolute blast exploring Swepsonville River Park! First and foremost, the Raw River is absolutely beautiful, and the best word to describe this park is "peaceful." There are so many hidden gems here that only locals seem to know about.
I had a fantastic time walking the trails and was fortunate enough to strike up a conversation with a fellow resident. He shared fascinating insights about the history of the river, which made my visit even more enjoyable. As a newcomer to the South, it was refreshing to breathe in the clean, fresh air, walk on the scenic green grass, and admire the fast-flowing river.

There is also a good place to launch kayaks and canoes and a clean porta-john for a restroom.
