Chester City Park — Attraction in Grant District

Definitely a small but very enjoyable park. I loved this park... But whats up with the warning that was left on my truck at the boat ramp... There was no posting at the dock about needing a permit this year! Im not paying anyone without it posted! How do we know if the permit warning wasnt a scam! If you are going to start charging for a historically free dock, u need to warn...
