From this parking place there are two paths, one leading left, the other right. Information is available. One hike was indicated as 'two hours', but we did it in half the time.    Read moreI have always liked monument mountain. It's a pretty good hike depending on which route you take. Well more the order that you take the routes. Go up the blue trail if you want an easy or hike and then down the yellow trail. But going up the yellow trail can be a bit strenuous. Then the red trail which goes to the peak is very strenuous and not for everybody but still easy enough cuz it's not that long. But if you come please keep your dog on a leash as people don't seem to pay attention...
