Berkeley Farm — Attraction in Greenbrier

We attended the sourdough class this morning. The class was extremely informative and fun. All of our questions were answered. We really enjoyed that it was a hands on class. We left with a loaf of bread that we will finish and bake tonight and starter that we were encouraged to name and begin baking with tomorrow. We will also have starter to continue the sourdough journey with. Tyler was very knowledgable and welcomed our questions. We also know if we have questions in the future he is just a message away. Love this local farm store. In season, they have lots of wonderful local fresh produce and beautiful plants. But, we go all year long for fresh milk, meats, and their fresh baked sourdough breads,too. Lots of other food and drink goodness and as a bonus, they're Rowe Casa distributors. I LOVE this place!!! The best freshest fruit/bread/veggies. Farm fridays are a blast! Any event is classy, tasteful, but still fun and down to earth! The owners are so friendly and always willing to chat. I heard the day camp is an absolute blast for the Littles during the summer and low-key wanna pretend to be 12 again to be able to play in the mud all day. The vibe is there!...
