As a Level 6 Google Maps Guide, I have explored countless recreational venues across the country—but never before have I encountered such a bewildering juxtaposition of excellence and devastation.
Let me be clear: the go-karts are still exhilarating, the driving range remains superb, and the overall atmosphere continues to captivate visitors of all ages. The staff is courteous, the facilities are well-maintained, and the experience—by all measurable metrics—is top-tier.
However, I am utterly appalled by the removal of the beloved arcade—a cornerstone of joy, nostalgia, and multigenerational bonding. As someone who spent countless childhood afternoons immersed in the glow of pixelated adventures within those now-vanished walls, I find this decision both heartbreaking and culturally negligent.
The absence of the arcade is not a minor alteration; it is a profound desecration of what was once a fully immersive entertainment ecosystem. Who approved this travesty? Have we lost our reverence for tradition in the blind pursuit of modernization?
Despite this egregious oversight, the facility still delivers an exceptional experience in every other regard—which compels me, reluctantly and respectfully, to maintain a 5-star rating. But let it be known: this rating is given through gritted teeth, and a tear in my eye for the childhood magic that has been so...
Read moreAbsolutely AWESOME! What a wonderful time our grandchildren always have at Costa’s. First of all, the staff is first rate. From the slides where today, Megan, the lifeguard on duty, would not take her eye’s off whoever went down all 3 slides, and was quite verbal with keeping everyone safe from harm, to the team on the go karts, who were ‘on it’, absolutely everyone was buckled in and completely free of harm to Anna, who was patient, very professional and all around, just as sweet as can be, guiding everyone who entered Lazar Tag to ‘safety protocols’ and rules, so everyone emerged unscathed. The park is SPOTLESS! (Who says that about any major facility??) The staff is ‘on it’ when it comes to keeping the place clean and sanitary. In terms of shade - there is plenty of it. The team has put tarp coverings at many places, with tables and chairs, where you can watch your kids while at the same time, not get burnt. We were at Costa’s last year and had a terrific time, and after contemplating taking our girls to a number of other water parks, we decided on Costa’s. Trust us - best decision. You will see us back again…and again…and again. Bravo to you...
Read moreI brought my daughter to the park for a fun Daddy-Daughter Day. It was ok but the go kart belt kept slipping off my shoulder so they kept turning off the kart. I understand it is a safety issue, but not once did they offer to help correct the safety strap.
Then when we went to get something to eat, it took over 30 minutes for us to receive our food.
I also purchased a ticket for my daughter to play at the lower playground with the ball pit. We were there for about 5 minutes when one of the employees came down and very rudely told us we had to buy a ticket to be there and are not allowed down there. When my daughter showed him the tag that we are allowed there he just said ok and left. Not offering an apology nor handling it correctly such as coming down and asking first and then advising or the rules had we not had a ticket, not coming down all angry about a 4 year old using a ball pit.
It is very close to our house and we will give it another try again, but probably not buy food there as it just...
