Musgrove Family Farm — Attraction in Greenville

I placed an order including priority shipping on August 13. After not hearing anything for a week I emailed them and asked about the order. I received a reply on 8/20 saying my order would be shipped in two days and possibly the next. She apologized for the delay and said she’d include a bottle of lavender oil since my order was delayed. On Sept. 6thI called and left a message which was returned quickly. The man, Mr. Musgrove(?) apologized and said my order should have shipped the week before and that they messed up. I got my order on Sept. 9th. The lavender was mostly intact but I was disappointed that they smelled like dry flowers, not lavender. There wasn’t a bottle of the promised oil not a “free surprise gift” as advertised on the web page.

I ordered bunches of lavender from this company, but unfortunately it is so hot in South Florida that by the time they got here they were brown and baked. I informed the company and was going to reorder however knowing there was a good chance it would arrive the same way, I asked if they could replace it with something more suitable for shipping. What a surprise I got in my package. They sent the most heavenly linen spray, as well as a bar of lavender soap that keeps my bathroom smelling great, and lavender oil. Just received my lavender today. Yes, it was awhile since I ordered but it was stated as a pre-harvest special. If anyone knows how farming goes, it depends a lot on weather conditions; it could be super dry or super rainy. My packages arrived packed in peanuts and each bundle wrapped in lovely tissue paper. The lavender shed slightly due to being in the tissue and the dry box. Nevertheless, I gifted my two best friends with lavender bundles!! They were thrilled and the lavender was super fragrant.
