Fun Factory — Attraction in Greenwood

If 0 stars were an option, that’s what I would leave. We visited here at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon. After getting inside we were told there was a wait for tokens. We walked around and checked back up front for tokens where we were told it would be over an hour wait to get any tokens. There were 4 employees at the counter doing nothing. We were offered a free jump pass, but I have a disabled daughter that can’t do the bounce houses. I even told them my daughter couldn’t do the bounce houses that we were there for the arcade. Instead of someone collecting coins that we watched being poured into machines, they let a family of four walk out without spending a dime. Not good...

The Fun Factory is a nice place to take the kids for the jumping houses and arcade games. I have hosted three birthday parties for the kids here. Each one has been a success. They do a good job with parties. My younger kids really enjoy they jumping houses. The games are Dave and Busters' level expensive to play but if you plan to stay a bit, their token specials usually make it more reasonable. They have a snack bar with pizza and other foods and drinks. There is no alcohol so this is a safe place to...

My children enjoyed it very much but some of the video games did not function properly. The plus side if you come during the week days the week the bounce houses are free. There still was plenty of games working for my older children to play and we had a blast.
