The Winery at MoonLight Manor — Attraction in Griffin

My husband and I booked a tasting to celebrate our 30th Anniversary.. A week and up to a day before the tasting I received several emails advising me ( us) to be on time for tasting and reminding me of our timeframe ..The day of the tasting ,which was an hour drive away from our home by the way ,we never received any communication. We arrived 15 minutes early, per her request , to find no one there.. We called several times and were sent to voicemail. We continued to wait an additional 15 minutes past the time of our scheduled tasting. We never got an email, or phone call back until a week later. The owner emailed stated that she thought she had informed everyone that she had a family emergency on that date and would issue a refund. I understand that emergencies happen , but what I don’t understand is why she didn’t have provisions in place when such things arise.. there are ways to handle things and I feel that the way she handled this was not acceptable At all.. I will never recommend any one to this winery. Which is so...

Omg let me start by saying stef is a sweetheart. Her brand and her encouragement shows her success. First black female to own a winery is absolutely amazing. Job well done!She did taste testing with me and she had a story for each wine that was tasted. I fell in love with the three of cups but over all each one had a great taste and I’ll be back for more .
