We had a nice spot for 3 months, corner lot facing the lake through a few campers.. lil pricey, they nickel n dime you got everything like cutting the grass at your site $25 weekly, (terrible job) pump out your tanks $20 each time, social events you must pay for all materials, no stores, no pool but hasa very tiny beach 🏖️ area Staff people are very nice though.. no charge for visitors Atvs and golf carts are permitted

Absolutely HORRENDOUS! Dirty water, disgusting people, kids throwing huge rocks at each other not caring who else is going to get hit! Kids rummaging through strangers bags of toys and taking them! Too much disgusting behavior to write! Ambulances arrived for something, then later cops arrived arresting a couple! Traumatizing experience! Definitely NOT a family friendly...
