The Richloam trail provides for a peaceful walk through some beautiful woods if you're willing to make the trek. I managed to walk four miles of the North loop before running out of daylight and having to return the way I came and after looking at a map it appeared I had only gone about a third of the way around the loop so make sure you bring everything you need as the trail is quite long. The majority of the trail is shaded by the trees and there is plenty of wildlife if you pay attention so I'd definitely recommend visiting this trail if you're in the area. Read moreThis trip to the area involved a 15 mile bike ride down the trail. It was a hot sunny day but the tree covered Trail was cool and somewhat comfortable. I found it interesting I saw 12 Turtles an otter, two snakes, a hawk and 10,000 squirrels. From what I read the trail is 28 miles with only one small Bend. Trail is also extremely flat.
