This was on a list of places to visit on Guam. It is a discharge canal from a nearby power plant. There are some fish swimming in the water, but I did not see anything spectacular. I walled all the way to where the canal meets the ocean, again, nothing spectacular. You can see all the same fish in many other spots on island. If you are nearby, sure, have a stop and check it out but it is not worth going out of your way to see. Some people say you can snorkel here. I would recommend againat it as there are other, much better spots on island to do so and alao, this is discharge from the power plant. If you want to take a chance with that kind of water, you are welcome to but I would not recommend it....
