For some reason, every time I visit Armstrong, there is a drizzle. But a little rain doesn't stop determined forest explorers! So we hike in the rain, water bottles in one hand, umbrellas in the other. And every time the beauty of the woods mesmerizes me. Armstrong Woods are a lot less crowded than Muir woods but the redwoods are just as grand....
