Great spot for the preschool and elementary set to use some energy! They have a Gaga Ball Pit, a full 6-12yo play structure (it’s HUGE!), and a separate area for the preschool AND toddlers. If your 2-3YO isn’t climbing yet, there is a ground level play area for them, which I seldom have seen in many city parks. What a great design—all my kids can safely play without me helicoptering over their shoulders. Love it.

And between the two play ares, there is a gazebo with four picnic tables. Bring your lunch and snacks, it’s perfect for a family outing!

Basketball courts, a skate park, AND bathrooms. Amazing.

Oh, and there’s a small splash pad with separate entrance. Limited seasonal hours, so check the website first to make sure season allows for it to be open.

God bless you, whomever designed this park. It’s an amazing asset to your community and for visitors with children who need...

This is one of our favorite spots! The park has lots of great shade and plenty of equipment for little ones to enjoy! We aren't local, so I had sought out a splash park for my kids to enjoy and we were so disappointed that when we arrived there was a sign on the gate saying that it didn't open until May. (We were there in April). This would be great info to put on their website, since I had read alllllll about the park and talked it up to my kids, only to let them down. The regular play area, thankfully, was...

What an excellent park! So much to do! I’m happy to live in a community where people value their parks and take such good care! The playground is enclosed, there are workouts stations, walking trails, disc golf course, tennis courts, basketball courts, splash pad, a pond, skatepark, dog park across the street, community center and more!!!!. I mean are you kidding me??? Does a park get much better than this? I would rate this park a 10 out of 10. Well done gulf...

We've been coming to Sunset park for over 20 years and it has only improved over the years. It has a clean handicap accessible bathroom. Large children's playground with all kinds of equipment to play on for all ages. The park has alot nice shade trees and makes a none place to go on a hpt sinny day. There is a nice recreational facility, tennis courts, skate board park, ball parks. There is also a nice public boat ramp across the street with sound access and pavilions.
