We stopped at Triple N Winery after some plans had changed in our schedule. We only needed an hour to kill so we figured we would go check it out and grab some wine and food. Well let me tell you we wish we hadnât. Upon arriving the first thing that we were asked was if we had a reservation we told her we didnât know we needed one. As she tells us we need one she says that you need one and they are extremely busy. We look around inside there were just about 8 people sitting inside. Maybe three empty tables. Maybe about 20 people outside. We had driven all the way from houston amd were just about to turn around and leave when she says well maybe we can let you stay. We told her we only were gonna grab a pizza amd some wine amd we would be out of their way. She then agreed to let us stay and told us that their waitstaff wouldnât wait on us because we didnât have reservations so we had to go up to the counter and order amd get our food. Fine. However guest who had reservations were still having to go get drinks and food from what we saw. We ordered at the counter where the man told us he would bring the food out to us ....contradicting what the woman had just told us. The problem wasnât that they were short staffed and busy. Trust us weâve been to many wineries way busier than this place with a smaller staff working it like complete pros. The guy at the front is really slow so thereâs your first mistake. Their âreservationâ System is flawed if those people are still having to get up amd get food amd drinks. Amd lastly most definitely a lack of communication between the employees. Very unwelcoming greeting overall from the woman at the front she most definitely not be the first face you see when you arrive at this place. She doesnât look happy. Maybe sheâs stressed or just has a RBF who knows . Only upside was the wonderful man playing music. Also we sat all the way in the back as we were scared to disturb anyone. You should NOT feel like this when paying to visit amd establishment. So if you plan on stopping here and you love wineries. DONT! This place isnât it. There are others who are so much kinder, welcoming and have it figured out. This place could have a lot of potential. Three stars for the longhorns they were the...
Read moreWe've been enjoying trying out many of the wineries around East Texas, and we were excited for Triple N Ranch to be next on our list. We visited on a Friday evening, and it was busy, but not overwhelmingly crowded. Overall, it's not a terrible winery. The view of the ranch and patio is pretty, and the longhorns add the Texas feel. However, compared to many of the others we have tried in the area, this has been our least favorite. One of the things we love most about the Texas wineries is how friendly the staff is. For so many, you walk in and become like family. This winery did not give that vibe. No one was very welcoming. No one seemed excited to share the wines with us. We just felt out of place like we didn't belong. The wine selection was very small, with very little variety. We were excited to do a tasting, but the tasting menu was even more limited. You can try 5 wines, but they only give 7 to choose from. Another huge drawback for our group was that almost all of their wines were dry. The 2 sweet wines they had weren't even that sweet. They also had a very lengthy food menu, and we ordered the BBQ sliders, the chicken crepes, and the Brazilian Cheese Bread. None of the food was that good. The BBQ was not tender. The crepes were cold and not fresh. Nothing we ordered, Wine included, was worth the cost. Long story short, if you want an overpriced winery that isn't worth the money, but at least has a pretty view, then come here. But if you want a quality winery experience with people who actually care that you're there, then go anywhere else. Places like Green Goat or 3 P's in a Vine would be much more worthy of your...

Triple N Ranch Winery is EVERYTHING you want in a winery and more đđˇ From the second you pull up, you feel like youâre stepping into something magicalâgorgeous vineyard views, rustic vibes, and yes, Longhorns casually chilling nearby đ⨠Itâs got that perfect balance of laid-back and bougie, which we love.
Now letâs talk WINE đâbecause WOW. Every glass was a masterpiece, no joke. Their Viognier? Chefâs kiss đ Light, floral, and crisp, itâs basically sunshine in a glass âď¸. And if youâre into reds, the Tannat is rich, bold, and everything you want when youâre in the mood for something extra. Honestly, it felt like a love letter to Texas grapes đ.
And the FOOD?! I wasnât ready for how good it was đ. The artisan pizza and that European cheese bread were on another level đĽ. Perfect wine pairings, cozy atmosphere, and good vibes all around.
What really made it special, though, was the people. Everyone there is so genuine and passionateâit felt like I was hanging out with old friends who just happen to run a vineyard đâ¤ď¸. You can tell they pour their heart into everything, from the wine to the experience.
If youâre even thinking about visiting, just GO. Itâs the perfect spot for a date, a chill afternoon with friends, or even a solo escape to sip wine and soak up some Texas charm. Trust me, youâll be planning your next visit before you...
