Lake was pretty rough because of the strong winds. Was expecting some sort of a sandy beach, but could only find gravel beaches. Favorite part was driving to the destination and seeing all the views on the way in. I won’t be revisiting, at least this specific spot along the lakeside.

Amazing drive over Monarch pass to get to Bay of Chichens. Sooo sad to see Colorado sold all the water in Blue Mesa. I have many fond memories from when Blue Mesa was full.
