Customer Service is terrible. We had two riders that weren't playing, one being my 9 month pregnant wife, staff wouldn't allow us a 3rd cart. They told us that she would have to ride with a group 2 tee times back and we would be in trouble if we "congregated" at any point on the course. When we went for the refund they said they wouldn't refund the golf balls we just bought because they didn't know if we tampered with the balls. Even though we never let the pro shop. They proceeded to ask us if we would ever come back. Absolutely not, go spend your money at Eagle Ranch.

Read moreGolf course is beautiful and we would have loved to play it a second time on our annual trip out west from our home in the Midwest, but golf pro/director of golf, Blake Scott was adamant about a policy that really put us in a bind. His defense of "this is our policy" was his only defense. He did not even offer an apology or acknowledgment of the incredible inconvenience. We will not come back and we will be sure to tell friends who travel in the area to avoid this course. It's sad because we've played this course many times in the past 20 years and come to the area every summer. Read morePiss poor service and management Raquel your manager is the sorriest excuse for management I have ever seen in my life, I had an issue with her service and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault this is obviously someone who isn’t qualified to be a so called “manager” seriously disappointed in this and hope it is rectified with a replacement before the place loses even more business.
