We happened to stumble on this place while down in the area, and it ended up being the highlight of the trip for me. I have a local meadery I really enjoy visiting, but the tasting we did here was next level. I would never have imagined the mead's and honey's could taste so different based on the targeted time and flowers the honey was collected from. We all had different favorites of melomel and mead, but the ones we liked best were probably our favorite of any mead's, cysers etc we have tried. We paired this with a visit to Still Hollow Distillery & it worked out well. Ben is an amazing human. His passion for bees, honey, mead & the craft radiates from him. The basswood mead is my personal favorite, but every single mead sold here is 5 stars, so you should try them all! I visited the meadery twice and Ben is a very nice man who you can tell has a true passion for what he makes.
