I rented the Lenape Catering Hall and it was so perfect. The hall is large, it's about 60x40 and then add the balcony which is about 60x20. It's very roomy for 80 to 100 people. They provide 10 to 15 tables and about 90 to 100 chairs. The room is inexpensive and all I needed was rental insurance. Kathy is a very valuable and pleasant help. make sure you speak to her. The officers are great too! My party turned out great and everyone was impressed. Make sure to book early especially if your event is in the summer. Various companies and organizations rent the area for sporting events about a year in advance.

We were out driving around and decided to stop by this little park. There are two pickleball courts, a small climbing area for kids, a baseball field, a few pavilions that can be reserved for parties and a small beach head that leads to an old lighthouse. It looks like you could also host weddings here as well. Definitely not the biggest park, but if you are in the area and want somewhere quiet to stop well worth stopping.

This place is absolutely beautiful! There is a security/officer? patrolling the park. Which in a way is good because he wants to make sure the park is kept clean. At night the park is gated close. I believe you can celebrate an event here ( you have to go to their website for more info) because we came in and saw tables and tents. I think it was a wedding. Come and explore for your self. Dogs are welcome!

We got a camping space so that we could have a family bbq. We loved it, especially since the bbq/picnic table area had more people than we are comfortable being around right now. The camping spaces are far enough apart so that it doesn't feel like you or they are intruding. We had a fire ring with grill on top as well as a separate coal grill and a picnic table. We got one of the smaller sites as we didnt expect to spend the night and I was surprised at how much space there actually was. We parked three vehicles(minivan, SUV, and excursion) and still had plenty of space. If we had tents it would probably have been a bit less comfortable but for what we intended it was perfect. Enough portapotties around to make them convenient, most handicapped accessible. I took 1 star off for not having any kind of walking trails. We made due with the roadway, however on a lake this beautiful there should be some sort of path. Also, the fishing access points that are not by the dock are somewhat sketchy and some of them require a climb down a steep embankment. Staff that we dealt with were very friendly, efficient, and informative. The rangers were friendly and unobtrusive. Overall we had a great time and intend...

Very clean modern state/County park! Playground structure was a weird climbing wall thing, that's it. Definitely not the lake lenape I remembered as a kid, bit it's not privately owned anymore. No water access, no arcade, just pretty grass, walkways, very clean bathrooms. Seemed to be the local teen and tween hangout and they enjoy the smooth walkways to ride their wheelie bikes with no regards to the people walking on the walkways. Fortunately there where no collisions between bikes and the people in my group, but we left before they got too drunk since they where also drinking in the parking...
