It's a drizzly Thursday on vacation, so what do you do? You don't whine about it, you wine it! As luck would have it, I stumbled upon Plagido's Winery and was better for it. A small, family-owned winery, they take pride in everything they do and it shows. Each wine was masterfully poured by owner Candice, who imparted her wine wisdom with each chosen option. Locals (aka The Boys of Summer) stopped in for a glass of their favorite of the month. It's so nice to know that it's not just a stop on a wine tasting map, but also a place where people come to enjoy the wines over and over. I love the familiarity of that. All their wines are made from grapes grown either on their property or from other local properties, without sulfites, and the quality showed. It must have, because I left there with a case of their wares. So now I, and my friends to whom I will gift some of them, will...

My wife and I have been to many local wineries here in South Jersey over the years and also at the Fingers Lakes New York. Plagido's is a small place Well worth the visit. They have , by far , the BEST red wines we have ever had hands down. They make their own wines with far less the sulfates that many other wineries have in their wines and you can taste the difference. We did their wine tasteing (very friendly and informative) for all their Reds and several whites. We were SO impressed we purchased 4 different bottles of their reds. We just had one at a BYOB restaurant and it was superb. Needless to say we're going back to purchase several more bottles for the holidays. Well Done Plagidos !! The top awards you have received for your wines are well deserved!!! Keep it up you should be proud of your accomplishments!! All The Best for your...

Have recently been going to this little Boutique Type Winery. Don't be fooled by the residential surroundings in the neighborhood, once one arrives to Plagido's, that person will realize how extensive the vineyards go back behind the building.

Now, open the door, and step into a Warm Friendly Environment. Clean welcoming area with a wonderful aromatic scent. One may be greeted by Christine, Theresa, Heather, or maybe even the owners - Ollie and Cory. Once greeted, the feeling of FAMILY will enter the mind. Stay awhile and sample some wines; Several are named after family members; some wines like "Earthquake 5.8", have an interesting background story!

Enjoy the wine tasting at Plagido's. Located about 5 minutes from the center of Downtown Hammonton - it is...

What a breath of fresh air Plagido’s Winery is, greeted with a friendly smile by the owner Candice along with the “woof woof” of a beautiful Dalmatian puppy(well 17 mos old) the service was exquisite and the flight of wine was exceptional… of course the “Pole Dancer” was Howard’s favorite and the pineapple Sangri was so good .. we had to take some home… the scenery enhanced the atmosphere of good company, great music, excellent wine and super friendly Owner… she checked in on us and gave us a taste of “ the peach slushie” which literally melted in your mouth… this well hidden winery is just worth the ride … highly recommend and will be back real soon !!!

Home sourced; family owned. EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. As a “Wine Snob,” I must confess Plagido’s is by far one of the best wineries my wife and have visited. Adding, the owners are welcoming, and make you feel like family. Regarding wine, they are at pedicle for local wine. Highly recommended to any wine enthusiast; you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to many more trips. Much love and continued success., Stephanie and Dale
