Hampton Skate Park — Attraction in Hampton

I want to like this park, but it's just off... the down rail is too big and I've never seen anyone hit it. the pavement is too rough to the sides so even flat ground is not fun. the banks are too steep to practice flip tricks on. the stair section off the side of the box is at a weird angle to hit. whenever there's an addition it's hard to understand who it's designed for.

It really needs to be completely repaved and add some simple box ledges to grind, low flat bars, take the concrete quarter pipes and turn then into a mini half pipe.

There are so many ways your could save this park. Everything is just a little off, but it could be fixed.

Absolutely amazing. This is such a nice skatepark and there's a lot to do. I was going to rate 5 stars but theres no lights for nightime skating so its pitch black at night.
