Excellent place to walk. Hard top trails surrounding perimeter of ball fields. But it also connects to woods trails part of Hanover Green-Way which is one of the best if not best walking/conservation networks of any town in the area. More info on Hanover's web site.

This is the Forge Pond Park in Brick, New Jersey, NOT Hanover. Nice view. You can park your car and load off your Kaya. The parking lot is small, and there is no hiking trail in this park. But I enjoyed the scenic views.

Hanover has done a nice job accommodating and integrating child sports activities. With adults walking, and jogging...even with dog walkers...with varied Woodside trails... The park however could have gone one step more providing a playground for little ones within its vast scope...it is well managed with I think a hefty price tag...Hanovers Tax dollars at work....might be around 80K yrly..ouch ...only downside being there, are a few dog haters that carry their hate a bit far....lighten up out there....we can all enjoy and play in the same sandbox...

I was at this location for a sports tournament. The fields were beautiful and they had a ton of parking. The parking is deceptively large as it winds through the woods and back towards the fields.

The bathrooms were open for the event I attended although they do not appear to always be open. The same thing is to be said about the concession stand.

There are no playgrounds for young children that I could see. However it seemed like a great place to walk or ride bikes due to lots of...

Great place for a walk or run. Paved paths around the sports fields or walking trails through the woods. Can bring the kids on their bikes or the dogs. (Just please clean up after your dog, too many people don't) In the spring and summer they have food truck Tuesdays where you can go and order from a variety of food trucks around dinner time and catch some love music. Bathrooms are available with picnic tables and even when the bathrooms are locked they have a port a potty by the...
