KingView Meadhouse & Winery - Lake Erie — Attraction in Harborcreek Township

We planned a bridal shower event at KingView MeadHouse & Winery Lake Erie with the manager Kristie. She was so pleasant to work with professional and warm and handled every detail. The venue was picturesque with the grape vineyards outlooking the picture window. There was wonderful natural light for optimal photos. This would also make a great small wedding venue with tables, tablecloths and chairs included. We did a wine themed bridal shower so of course we incorporated a wine tasting flight as an activity to help us choose our wedding wines. I enjoyed the variety of dry and sweet meads. There were so many flavors I had to try them all! Golden, Blackberry, Purple&Gold and Blood Honey were my favorites. They also have wine, cider, and beer in addition to all the mead! Visited KingView MeadHouse & Winery to try mead for the first time and I would have to say I’m a huge fan! I had no idea there was dry and sweet mead. There were so many flavors I had to try them all Happy Apple Pie and Viking Grog were my favorites. They also have wine, cider, and beer in addition to all the mead! We were excited to try this spot, but left feeling pretty underwhelmed. The mead was just okay—not bad, but nothing that stood out.
