We visited this preserve for the first time this week. I would recommend it to anyone from 2 years to 100 years (or older, for that matter!). Not only is it educational but you can see so many animals in their natural habitat. We saw scores of turtles and also a couple of very large snapping turtles. There were folks who also saw a bald eagle, but we missed it. However we saw many birds including a heron. The staff are particularly friendly and helped us choose a good trail to explore. This place is great! So many beautiful animals to see and lovely trails to walk. This is a good spot for everyone. It offers an easy walk with the opportunity to see wildlife and experience nature. I’d recommend going here for exercise, wildlife viewing including bird watching, and learning via the staff or educational material throughout the park. There is a good park bathroom here, but no potable water. There is no food and drink available here, but there are many options in the surrounding...

Mountain goats and grizzlies? Let us at least enjoy the open spaces from an open platform. On the upside, plenty of parking...
