Neat historical village that I hope the park service will maintain properly. There are several trails you can pick up here. Orchard Trail Donkey Hollow Trail
There is also a trail up to a pond just above the grist mill. Pond is beautiful. I hike up this and then cut across to abandoned road to see 2 ruined old homesteads. You can take the old road back down to the creek but you have to cross over using downed trees.

It's still kind of interesting to walk around the historic buildings, but the place has obviously not been maintained much in a long time. Everything is falling apart. Watch your step, watch your head, and watch your neck on the abandoned, low-hanging telephone and power lines. Seriously. There are nice bathrooms here though that someone keeps maintained...

The buildings were in relatively good repair and offered a snapshot of a time long past.
There were a lot of things to see and it was an easy walking experience. Also a great place for pictures.
My only suggestion would be a couple more plaques explaining the specific areas and history.
