It's like some dude just decided one day to turn his big empty lot into a music venue, and in every way that matters it works. Parking is easy, we walked about 100 yds to the spot where we put our chairs down. Yup, you can bring your own chairs (and we saw people in all kinds of crazy chairs, included rocking chairs and zero gravity chairs) and just chill. They have food trucks and drinks for sale, beers were only $8 and for an event, that is spectacular. The sound was great and the scenery was great(er). I will definitely go back there to see a show that I'm interested in, and I might check out something that on the fence about just because it's so close and easy and enjoyable. I live in the Murrysville area and this 100000000% beats driving to starlake AND it was only about 10 mins from the Harmar exit. Many thumbs up.

Only in Pittsburgh do you have an amazing outdoor venue with views of rolling hills and under the stars that was created by one guy with a dream on his own private property. It's brand-new and a work in progress so please share the word, support live music, and bring a friend. Parking was easy, the staff were friendly, and we had some delicious BBQ. Shovels and Rope and The Wood Brothers were amazing and the sound was crystal clear.

Not a bad place to see a concert, small enough venue where it's a really good vibe. Also, nice views of the surrounding area. The only down side is the whole venue is on a gravel lot. Be sure to take a lawn chair if you don't want to stand the whole time.

This is an outdoor venue at a rock quarry above the turnpike. They charge $10 for parking despite this being a rural venue, that's not how that usually works. And if the show is crowded they'll make you park far away in a really inconvenient spot. That's the first issue.

The stage is angled to get direct sun as it sets, not sure how the artists feel about playing into a glaring sun, but they were sweating and feeling the heat.

There is no grass or any area to walk around. It's tightly fenced.

There are only porta potties, no actual bathrooms.

The ground is gravel but many large stones.

Overall it does its job, but it needs improvements (free parking, convenient parking for everyone, bathrooms, at the least) to have any chance at success and...

Michael Franti was amazing! Everyone had good vibes, which was nice. This venue has a beautiful view and is randomly placed. I didn't know what to expect since it was my first time. I would suggest always paying attention to the updates. Get there early to get parking. I had to pay 10 bucks for parking, which I was surprised because I didn't see that posted on their site. Chairs or blankets are allowed we didn't bring anything, so we sat on the rocks and dirt, which was fine since we ended up dancing the whole time once the show started. There were a bit of delays with things. Only two food trucks were available and a place to get drinks. The food was okay. I've had better at fairs. Overall, it was a good place...
