Visited this Duplin location on Thursday April 7th. My wife & I did a wine tasting and ate at the Bistro. Both Dave & Jonathan Fussell were here today. Both went out of their way to chat with us and other patrons. Both are amazingly genuine, caring owners. This location is more laid-back than North Myrtle. The tasting was done by an extremely personable young lady. If you go to this location please have a bite at the Bistro. It is lovely and the food is delicious. We were blessed with a piece of the carrot cake cheesecake - heaven! There are plenty of nice places to sit and enjoy a nice glass of muscadine wine. Outside the Bistro is a nice covered area and out front is a nice porch. As for wines I personally like Briceās Creek - but if you do a tasting first you will get a sample of a dozen and usually a sweetzer. There will definitely be one that you will like. There is a well stocked wine/gift shop with a great mix of wine inspired goods. If you are near Rose Hill take the time to relax a little here. It is worth the visit. We travel up here from North Myrtle a couple...
