Hendrick Motorsports — Attraction in Harrisburg

Iv been a NASCAR fan since the day I was born. Iv been to just about every race shop old and new. I had never been to Hendrick Motorsports until July 22nd. With me being a diehard Ricky Hendrick fan, when he and the others was killed in 2004 I never could get the courage to go to Martinsville to a race or to Hendrick Motorsports. On July 22nd when my boyfriend and I stepped through the front foors of the museum it was nothing short of AMAZING. we recieved the warmest welcome and was given so much information about Hendrick Motorsports. Upon viewing the museum we was told that the race shops was closing at 4pm. we had 15 minutes to walk over there. Upon entering the 5, 9 shop we was greeted by the sweet Ms Linda. We arrived 10 minutes before they close and When she found out how far we had traveled she told us to take our time look around and enjoy our time there. SHe took the time to chat with us and gave us nice cold drinks. She asked me who my favorite hendrick drivers were and she gave me new hero cards that i believe hasnt been released yet. When we told her my boyfriends mom had worked for hendrick motorsports on tim richmonds team. she allowed us to come behind the desk and take a picture with Tims Charlotte trophy. Mr Hendrick has quite the team and we couldnt thank Ms LInda enough for the warm welcome she gave us. She even talked to me a little about Ricky and told me some things i never knew. We was also told about the pit crew practicing and where we could go watch it.

while there I also got to visit the memorial water fall. It was super emotional and im glad i finally got the chance to go and visit and see everything.

after our experience at Hendrick Motorsports it is my #1 team. I was absolutely blown away by how humble everyone was. It will definitely be a place that I will visit pretty often. I already cant...

I have been a fan of Hendrick motorsports and Hendrick drivers since1990. I was thrilled that you brought Kyle Larson back to the drivers seat and haven't missed viewing a race since. I wanted to share that I cannot and will not support any driver or member of Hendrick in the future. I learned today that Hendrick was one of the major funders of the past presidential campaign. My family includes whites blacks and members of the lgbtq community and he has already tried taking action against them. I thought you realized the working families made you what you are. Its too bad you can't see. Adios and though you might laugh nowI will leave you with a message that is likely to haunt you for years.... WE TOLD YOU SO BUT YOU...

If you come expecting to see the shops and have any sort of experience where you feel like you as a fan are appreciated you should consider not coming, we traveled to Charlotte from New York for spring break and were planning on visiting race shops like we have heard about from other fans. We chose Hendrick Motorsports first because they are the pinnacle. Well both buildings are locked, can’t see the shops, no viewing areas, the only thing that’s open is a gift shop with cars in it on display and the rest of the complex is like a business park, Nothing spectacular, nothing for the fans who pay all the bills for these guys.
