I've purchased a few things and really love them but not sure if I'll stay a customer.

I followed their Instagram account for a while and really loved the content but I asked 1 question on a video about another company she was talking about using their products and I guess she didn't like my question and isn't open for a discussion and immediately blocked me so I'm not interested in supporting a small business that treats...
