Ski Quechee — Attraction in Hartford

Quichee ski area was a cute little mountain, great for beginners and families. Would have given this place five stars but for the extremely rude and unprofessional employee at the rental shop. Upon entering the rental shop and asking for snowboard and ski rentals for three adults, we were met with stares and confused looks. We thought perhaps this was not the rental shop but it appears that the staff was just unprepared for guests. In particular there was one young blonde woman with a dog (who was very cute) that basically ignored me. Not only was she rude to my face and completely unhelpful in providing me rentals, she made remarks to others in the shop about me. Her behavior was uncalled for and management should speak to her about this. Her temperament is not suited to customer service. I don’t normally leave reviewed at all my when I left the mountain for the day I was in such a bad mood because of her behavior. I hope management can make sure this doesn’t...
