McLeod Farms grows good peaches. But they use to be a great family owned business that grew GREAT PEACHES and we enjoyed doing business with them for many years. It was almost like McLeod Farms that started as a small family operation would look out for other small family run businesses. But things have changed as they always do when big $$ comes into the picture, now that they are "Main Stream" they cater to the large box stores. Quality, loyalty, family & honesty seem to no longer be important to them. However I do wish them luck, but here in the south the above mentioned are very important to most of us.    Read moreGot a basket of peaches and they looked beautiful. I bit into the first one to discover it was dry, mushy and flavorless. I had to spit it out. Thought maybe it was just one bad, but it was the entire basket. Very disappointed. For them to be so beautiful on the outside, but so gross on the inside, leads me to believe theyâve been frozen. I would suggest buying one and cutting into it before purchasing a large amount....
