Lucerne Dairy Farms — Attraction in Hatfield Township

Whole milk as sold at Safeway is labeled “Pasteurized” it is actually “ultra pasteurized” heated to a higher temperature so it can stay in the shelves longer. It is no good for cheesemaking. Lucerne please label your milk correctly. Every time I try to make cheese with it it is a miserable failure. Several times this year we have purchased Lucerne cheese - slices and grated. Though refrigerated, the cheese often molds well before the "Best if Used By" date.
